Hi, I'm Vintara; a happy-go-lucky half-elf, and I guess you're here to find out a bit about me so here goes. First and foremost I'm a ranger. I've been interested in nature since I was a small boy - collecting fruit with my mother, looking after sick animals and playing hide and seek with my friends in the forest - so I'd always planned to make a career of it. When my mother was killed by a stray arrow from a poacher I had to face my fate sooner than I was expecting, and headed off to Lasler to start my training.
The world around us is often described as magical by those people who take the time to look, and although it's just an expression, I discovered there is more truth in it than I'd ever believed. I've learned to use plants to heal (or destroy), call upon the elements to do my bidding, and even summon animals to my aid when I'm in trouble. Soon though I had learned all I could from the schoolhouses and decided to move on.
